Delivery Timings
Please note due to the nature of our bags we only hold limited stock of each bag. If we do not have your selected handbag in stock at the time of ordering please allow 2 weeks for it to be hand made plus postage time.
Alternatively, if we have a similar handbag in stock we will try to offer you a similar alternative instead if preferred.
We endeavour to always deliver on time however due to the nature of our products there are times when delivery may take a couple of extra days, in which case we will always notify you to let you know.
UK & Europe
Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
USA, Canada, Rest of the World
Please allow up to 8 working days for delivery.
Delivery
Oliver’s Farm is not responsible for any customs or duties that may be applied after shipment has left us or for any customs taxes or charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments).
Returns
Should you not be happy with your order or wish to exchange your purchase within two weeks of delivery we will happily do so provided the item is still in the original condition it was received. Any return and shipping fees will be covered by the customer.
The buyer is responsible for any return charges and taxes and the item should be returned to us in the original packaging.
